We’ve all seen too many examples of this and it’s certainly no surprise 78% of employees globally are either disengaged or have quietly quit going through the motions every day. For this reason, in 2023 I wrote my Program, ‘The Executive Toolbox - Empowering Leaders for Success’.With over 36 years of experience in the Queensland Police Service (QPS), I have developed versatility, resilience, and leadership skills in highly complex and dynamic operational environments during crisis. As a Chief Inspector, I currently lead the Pine Rivers Patrol Group, Brisbane managing a team who are committed to community safety. I have also held various roles in crime, communications, performance, and major events, leading up to 700 staff. Proud of my team building record through managing staff since 2001 I particularly enjoy frontline engagement with internal and external stakeholders.In 2018, I founded Coaching Development AUS, a company that focuses on professional development of individuals and groups to address pain points for organisations. As the Founder, I leverage my policing and business background, as well as my credentials in life coaching, strategic leadership, applied management, and mediation, to deliver coaching, mentoring, speaking, and facilitation services. My mission is to empower leaders for success through my program, 'The Executive Toolbox - Empowering Leaders for Success', and the BICRISIS model which is a leadership model for resolving any crisis. Further demonstrating my commitment to ongoing self-development, I have completed a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management Major), study of Bachelor of Laws, a Diploma of Life Coaching, Graduate Certificate in Applied Policing Studies, and Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership. I also enjoy sports coaching having coached hockey teams at club and state representative level. As a 3 time Queensland Hockey National Championship Winning Coach (2022,2023 and 2024), I currently coach the Queensland Under 16 Mens Hockey Team and have coached Queensland Hockey for the last 8 years. In 2022 I was awarded the Hockey Queensland Pathway Coach of the Year. I am happily and the proud father of two adult daughters.
