- Transitioning over 50 clients onto a set of new reporting platforms that have increased capability and functionality both internally and externally.- Reviewing the dependency of the old reporting system internally and enhancing user tools/ manual processes to align with the business strategy.- Engaging with internal teams/ clients to train them on the functions and capability of the new systems and help modify their existing processes to align with the new reporting platforms.- Decommissioning the old platform across the business; replacing its dependency through automation/ new process.- Worked with APRA reporting team to complete an array of enhancements to remove manual processes on the team. Enhancements were also due to the regular modification of APRA reporting standards.- Troubleshooting internal queries from APRA database. Reviewing our database to ensure all required information is captured and exhausting all internal resources for such information prior to reaching out to our clients.- Completing an array of reporting enhancements requested by clients or internal teams. Engaging with developers to analyse performance issues/ modification requests and designing enhanced data capture processes to improve output/ performance.

- Roll out of enhanced tax reclaim reconciliation process completed for June 30th Australian FYE- Fund Accounting duties for an array of Asset Manager and Superannuation clients

- Involved in the analysis, validation and oversight of index-tracking and money market funds.- Working with downstream internal teams in coordinating their processing to ensure the timely delivery of prices to the client.- Anticipating and identifying errors prior to NAV release so amendments are implemented with minimal impact.- Managing the completion of various client change requests, stress testing the implementation in a test environment, resolving the teething problems involved and ensuring the standards set out by senior management are enforced through to the implementation of the request into production.- Liaising with the client when necessary to reconcile trading and cash balance levels should a discrepancy arise on a money market fund due to a variety of circumstances.- Providing training to internal teams on new technical processes; enhancing registered procedure documents; monitoring the individual's progress and developing a shared knowledge approach within the team on all aspects of the new process.- Experience in 2 & 3 way reconciliations involving the client, custodian and accounting and the array of investigation techniques required to reflect the trading, income and dual-sourced corporate action events across the necessary platforms.
