Implement cost-saving initiatives and identify areas for improvement in the supply chain to optimize expenditure.※ Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to enhance overall logistics performance. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovations into the supply chain strategy.※ Supply Chain collaboration: Collaborated with supply chain to develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation, distribution, and storage of goods across the Asia-Pacific region.※ SAP Suport and collaboration with IT Teams: Work closely with IT teams, including developers and system administrators, to communicate user needs, pain points and requirements, share insights on system performance, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the SAP environment.
