• Lead a Sustainment Training Team of over 30 internal and sub-contracted Instructors, Role-Players, Training Schedulers, Instructional Systems Designers and I.T Specialists.• Manage a multimillion-dollar Sustainment Training Budget to deliver local, domestic and international Training Course delivery, and Aircraft systems upgrade and testing.• Track and Provide commentary of System Health (SHI)and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of Course and Device Utilisation.• Collaborate with device sub-contractors and BDA maintenance teams, to ensure planned maintenance tasks and upgrades are completed, while still meeting customer training targets and requirements.• Ensure Training is delivered in line with a Registered Training Organisation, whilst ensuring Courseware and Training Artefacts are correctly stored and easily auditable.• Track and Manage Risk associated with Course Delivery I.e. Instructor and Device Availability

• Track customer set KPIs and deliver training performance metrics as per the Performance Management Framework (PMF) Policy.• Maintain the rolling 12 monthly course delivery program, ensuring customer training priorities are met.• Attend weekly customer planning meetings and present Training Device programs, static requests and provide proactive guidance for device scheduling.• Manage the ongoing requirements and conduct the administrative efforts in support of the monthly Training Management Meeting (TMM).• Assist the Execution Lead/TSM to execute their responsibilities, utilising effective communication with all respective personnel on the team, or the customer.
