**Multi-Cultural Network (Employee-led Network)Working as part of a team to deliver the communications strategy to colleagues across Global Network.Supporting in creating a positive inclusive diverse culture.This was a voluntary position. My key responsibilities as treasurer centred around managing our budget and facilitating the approval of fund requests. As an Engagement Manager I utilised various communication mediums and platforms to promote the network and it’s members by creating and sharing content and events.

As a Samaritan volunteer, I provide emotional support to individuals in distress, offering a non-judgmental, compassionate listening ear. Through phone calls, emails, and messages, I help people navigate challenging feelings and experiences, ensuring they feel heard and valued during times of crisis. My role focuses on creating a safe space where individuals can express themselves openly and find comfort in knowing they are not alone.

Working with senior leaders to help them realise their leadership potential and deliver great outcomes for their direct reports and customers.
