Program Management / Account Management Responsibilities Include:• Managing large sheet metal tooling programs • Establishing critical dates, milestones, meetings, etc. to deliver quality tools on time, generating a profit margin.• Leading programs through design and build of production tooling and fixtures.• Liaison between customer and International Tooling Solutions.• Documenting critical milestones and corresponding with customers.• Commercial / Financial responsibilities include review of contracts, directing invoicing activities, and ensuring customers maintain contractual agreements.• Evaluating tooling conditions and requirements during design phase, incorporating customer standards.• Understanding assembly processes, critical product characteristics (GD&T), and communicating them to our internal team so accurate decisions can be made.• Tracking and monitoring progress of programs using Microsoft Project, Excel, manpower usage, material cost analysis, etc.• Recommending and implementing necessary procedural changes to programs in order to comply with financial requirements or deadlines.• Generating cost quotations for engineering changes• Trouble-shooting on the manufacturing floor in regards to design, machining, tryout, and quality issues.• Implementing final tool installation at customer manufacturing site.
