In 2013 Zotefoams started to implement a new ERP system. I was selected to become a key member of the small 'Rapid Value' team working closely with an external Microsoft Gold Partner for the implementation of AX2012 R2 CU7.Working closely with both the external consultants and internal business unit leaders with the aim of mapping the current and future state processes, functionality testing and collaborative solution design for the production planning, manufacturing and quality areas of the business with cross over support for production costing, achieving a substantial use of the standard functionality avoiding software customisations.

Working closely within a small production planning department to deliver a consistent supply performance to both internal and external customers.The main duties included,* Production scheduling for a multi resource extrusion department with upwards of 2000 SKU's and the performance measures required for a planning department within a manufacturing environment.*Production scheduling for a fabrication 'Job Shop'​ environment.I was also a key member in departmental procedure and performance improvement projects including production variance management in regards to planning information, MPS level system testing as well as a third party 'Advanced planning system'

During my time as a process operator within Zotefoams, I progressed from a temporary operator to a team leader of the extrusion department.Responsibilities included team training, adherence to schedule and performing the manufacturing process as well as resolving issues with the management team as well as the planning functions within the company. During my time in this role I achieve NVQ lvl 2 business improvement techniques certification as well as the extra duties of a multi skilled operator covering staff over every production area to a high standard.
