Tien Wah Press Malaysia is the local trading entity of Tien Wah Press Holdings Berhad, a listed Malaysian company with print operations and offices in Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore and Australia. The group operates with revenues in excess of RM$330 million and employs over 900 staff throughout Asia Pacific.Tien Wah Press Malaysia provides high quality packaged goods (both label and carton production) with a major focus on tobacco packaged goods. This business employs 330 people and has a turnover of RM$110 million, providing one of the most versatile print operations for tobacco production on a single site within Asia Pacific.

* Responsible for ensuring budgets, business plans, strategies, forecasts, monthly reporting and special projects were completed to required deadlines and outcomes.* Design and implement personalised customer offering for manufacturing businesses.* Maximise operational potential.* Anticipated, accessed and planned for market and technology changes.* Management and development of key supplier relationships.* Develop and manage company wide values including policies and procedures.Key Performance Criteria:* Operational and strategic direction.* Blue Star Print Group Australia’s financial performance particularly EBITDAL, gross margin, operating cashflow, working capital, expense control and revenue growth.* Client retention and achievement of new business targets, including strategic review of all customers.* Management of staff development programs, performance reviews and overall business sector culture.
