Responsible for project / performance management teams, quality assurance team, and technical programing team to support the operational efficiency of Health Plan Administration department which included health plan open enrollment, claims support, and member experience. Previously, Sr Manager Member experience responsible for Case Resolution Team (complaint department), Issues Management Team, and Member Experience Education Team; all teams that strive to keep or winback the loyalty and trust of our members. Key areas of focus include managing Department of Insurance issues, identifying and facilitating resolution of enterprise wide service issues, providing stakeholders with issue identification data and developing both targeted and enterprise wide member experience training for staff.
