Retired Assistant Chief Constable from Humberside Police with significant experience in Public Order, Firearms, Event Management and the management of Major and Critical Incidents. Qualified as Gold Public Order Commander, Strategic Firearms Commander and MAGIC trained. A total of 30 years experience in policing covering all core roles such as response, neighbourhood and investigation, and more specialist roles including Human Resources, Roads Policing and Specialist Ops, Custody, Corporate Development, Governance and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion lead.Executive lead on numerous change management programmes over the last 2 decades delivering improved culture, well-being and performance whilst improving efficiency and financial management. I have been a strategic lead and executive member of the Community safety Partnerships (CSP's) in multiple Local Authority areas, along with chair of safeguarding children's and adults boards. In addition, I have extensive experience in partnership work across all agencies and managed several multi-agency working groups delivering solutions jointly to community based issues.I am currently working on different methods of leadership and implementing training within management teams around the Humberside region.
