About Darren E.
I have always tried to apply myself in everything that I have done and achieved. I am a Service Management focused individual with ITIL experience specifically in Change management but with a very good understanding of operational delivery requirements. I have a good understanding of IT in general and the service management disciplines to transition and support operations.I have good communication skills and work well individually or as a team member. I have spent many years in IT, predominantly in Service Management, and know how an Operational group manages the business change requirements. My objective is to always aim to provide a top level service by listening to the customer and understanding how I can coordinate activities to achieve their goals. However, I am also open to a new challenge using my current skill set. I enjoy working with data and systems and am looking to extend my knowledge with ServiceNow. I am also interested in process improvement and creation. I really enjoy providing outcomes to an end-customer by delivering a service that they value and benefit from. I am a good communicator which was improved during my time as an IT training instructor but am also more than capable using the written word. All opportunities are welcome. If I can add value and see the benefit it brings then I am keen to get involved.
