Having left McLaughlin Services Ltd in October 2020, I took some time away to fund, design, renovate, and successfully market various properties across Lancashire.I have been effective in the delivery of these projects, managing a challenging itinerary combined with a well-managed, controlled and forward planned budget.All renovations were complex design and build programmes, and I led on all aspects of the project complying with strict Health and Safety standards.
