• Global Category Manager of expense and payment solutions, working within the Global Indirect Procurement function acting as the Supplier Relationship Manager to manage JTI's relationship with SAP Concur and corporate.
• Renegotiated contracts with both SAP Concur and Citibank during 2020 to achieve savings of $158M and $232M respectively.
• Enhanced free cash flow by $7.4MM for year end 2020 by the introduction of Virtual Card Account (VCA) for the payment of Corporation Tax in Ireland, extending credit terms from 30 to 60 days.
• Implementation and deployment of a corporate card program in 36 countries with over 7,000 cardholders across all regions (EMEA, APAC, NAM and LATAM).
• Training and onboarding of over 60 local program administrators into the corporate card program.

• Delivered, developed and deployed a business continuity plan to ensure T and E processing could continue in advance of and during deployment of SAP upgrade to S4 HANA.
• Implementation roll out and promotion of ExpenseIt addon for SAP Concur to enhance the end user experience, with employee adoption of ExpenseIt increasing by 1% month on month.

• Global administrator and technical support for SAP Concur and Citibank corporate card program.
• Responsible for the ownership of change management when deploying new products or processes to JTI markets.
• Carried out SAP Concur expense configuration, testing and training throughout ongoing deployment.
• Continually drove corporate card adoption and compliance through the creation and development of detailed reporting in order to facilitate a change in cardholder behaviours.
• Held regular cardholder workshops to educate end users and assist in driving policy compliance and ultimately reducing levels of cardholder delinquency.

• Solely responsible for global T and E and corporate card transition project, ensuring data integrity and continuity throughout the transition from legacy T and E system to SAP Concur.
• Creation and delivery of functional specification for SAP HR to Concur employee profile interface.
• Lead Program Administrator for the implementation and roll out of Citibank corporate cards during project life cycle.
