I joined Revival franchise in 2014 – as the ops manager of a group of technicians. In 2015 following the franchise being re-assigned , I was asked by the Head Office team to undertake the management of the North East branch. I spent the next year restoring homes and businesses following floods in the Cockermouth region of Cumbria – one man and his van!In May 2016, I returned to the regional Revival teams, relocating to a unit/workspace in Cramlington leading as Branch Manager. I currently cover the entire North East Coast – from Berwick to Catterick, Carlisle to the South Lakes, and everywhere in between.My branch is unique as it is the only one in the Revival company owned by MA Group – taking direct instruction from MA, and travelling all over the country to help, too. Restoring both commercial and residential properties, I have specialist knowledge in fire and floods – along with escape of water (EOW), infestation and sewage, and extreme weather events. The best thing about working for Revival is the fact that no two days are the same – but you can always count on our approach to be.
