Established from inception then subsequently executed end to end this multi-year strategic enterprise transformation program consisting of 12 key projects and a $300M budget. This program delivered mail processing automation, facility consolidation, mail service delivery changes, price increases, resource reductions and shift realignment. Mobilised and resourced complex projects involving cross-functional teams consisting of dedicated project resources as well as shared internal business resources from areas including product, network operations, engineering, IT, philatelic, marketing, communications, HR, IR and external vendors. Established a comprehensive set of program delivery and governance services. Transitioned the mail reform strategy and vision into a blueprint, a dossier of projects and project briefs, clearly articulating deliverables, milestones, resources, capex/opex costs and risks. Ensured funding approval was secured and project budgets clearly defined and established.
