In this position I provided technical support for prototype builds, software updates, and system troubleshooting.--------------------I was formerly in the Excavators Outside Americas design team as a Development Engineer. In that role, a major accomplishment for the team was to establish functionality for remote software capabilities including JDLink and Service ADVISOR Remote. Both of which which required machine data collection, machine operation, testing, and software development. My reputation that I have established is that I can get the job done.
