I am looking to utilize my schooling and experience to assist an organization to reach its mission. I am a results driven manager with experience in; problem solving, new hire paperwork( I9, E-Verify, W4, EDD Forms), interviewing, ADP, hiring, terminations, scheduling and training. I have assisted in creating new company wide protocols and training techniques. I have successfully managed, trained and developed employees into leadership roles nationally. My positive attitude, results driven work ethic, education and experience have made me a strong leader. My hands on leadership approach and conflict management skills have made me a successful leader.
