As a EHS specialist: 1. Act as the specialist and provide technical expertise, training and mentoring, develop/update policies and procedures, and support all the sites on any questions on conformance to company or official regulations on HSE; and liaise with HSE CAE Global representatives, as required.2. Participate in the analysis of the HSE data for risk and hazard identification and risk analysis associated with the different processes, projects, acquisitions, etc. and assist site managers and HSE resources in all sites in developing ways to mitigate or avoid adverse risks.3. Work with the Quality, Compliance and HSE Manager to ensure the currency and compliance of the EHS Management Systems. Other activities includes:1. Lead and/or Participate in investigations and analysis of incidents/accidents to identify the causes and ensure the application of corrective and preventive measures/programs in an effort to reduce the risk of incidents/accidents and recordable cases.2. Participate and review the analysis, preparation, and execution of the HSE Plans and budgets. 3. Participate in business developments by responding to tender requirements and submit required deliverables. 4. Support the achievement of the objectives. 5. Collaborate with System Safety Engineers and other BPOs on CAE’s deployed products and on shared processes within CAE's Integrated Management System6. Conduct and/or support audits and inspections related to EHS for all CAE-APAC Region sites. The EHS Officer/BPO will raise/or support the closure of corrective actions against those situations where there are dangers or non-conformances7. Lead and/or participate in continual improvement programs.

Performing the role of Test Engineer and Configuration Manager for the Black Hawk Flight Simulator and the Black Hawk Simulated Aircraft Maintenance Trainer.Integrate software and hardware updates, manage configuration control for these changes.Maintain detailed documentation of configuration changes.Provide access point for interaction between customer and CAE.Promote long-term goal of customer’s loyalty and satisfaction.

Provide design input and testing into various projects including Visual Upgrade, NVG HUD, BHIE. Worked with the maintenance of the Black Hawk Simulator. This involved the Host Computer, System Interface, Visual Image Generation and Projection, and both Electric and Hydraulic Motion Systems.Performed network fault finding and rectification on various flight simulators.Act as Oakey site IT Co-ordinator.
