About Darren Hwang

I'm a junior at Purdue University, currently in the school of Mechanical Engineering. I have a strong passion for robotics, mechanical, architectural and civil engineering and have utilized my talents to compete at a robotics global level with the First Tech Challenge in Houston Texas, at an international level for Purdue ASME Rover Robotics, an internship with HVAC at SSC Engineering, and competing and designing with Purdue's Solar Racing Crew at Purdue University. I have a lot of questions and I am hopeful to learn a lot more on my journey to becoming a mechanical engineer.I hope to take my skills and talents to the next level by applying the knowledge I learn from opportunities in the workforce to create and design a better world for the future generations to come.
