I work as an executive in the Leadership, people and culture team. I work with a number of different clients ranging from charities, corporate and public sector. My roles and responsibilities include workshop facilitation, coaching, cultural assessments and project management.I work with leadership teams to understand the culture in their organisations and how they can make meaningful change.
