Director Of Development OperationsLendlease Jul 2021 - Apr 2024Barangaroo, Nsw, AuLendlease submitted an application to the City of Los Angeles in 2021, and commenced construction in 2023, with completion slated for 2026 for a 3.5-acre site at 3401 S. La Cienega Boulevard. Lendlease intends to replace a series of storage sheds with a 12-story, 260-unit residential tower and a six-story, 250,000-square-foot office building. The two structures will share a subterranean parking garage. The residential and office buildings will be constructed of post-tensioned concrete. The street-level will be activated with community-serving retail space, facing the adjoining metro rail station and bike path. Upon completion, the project will have an estimated value of $600 million. -

This Project also included a signature chef-driven Food Hall showcasing some of the country’s top food concepts, along with landscaped indoor and outdoor public spaces and plazas. Responsibility for this Project included 2+ years of pre-construction oversight, overall delivery of base building, and a new 12-screen, 55,000-square-foot AMC Theater. This $250-million development opened in mid-2022. -
Vice President / Project ExecutiveUnibail-Rodamco-Westfield Aug 2018 - Jun 2021Paris, Ile-De-France, FrServed as Project Executive for URW’s $70M remodel of Westfield Topanga Mall, a 1.7M SF retail center in Woodland Hills, CA. The scope included new stone flooring, millwork replacement, complete interior re-paint, lighting upgrades, extensive replacement of information technology and security systems, and select exterior upgrades. New furniture amenities, art work, and custom decorative lighting were installed. In addition, all restrooms and family lounges were completely re-built. All work was performed after business hours in order to minimize impact to customers, while facility remained open throughout the Project.

This facility featured Nordstrom’s three-level Los Angeles flagship store featuring its latest design concepts, a completely remodeled three-level Bloomingdale’s, a brand-new two-level Macy’s, as well as the world-renowned Eataly. The new Century City experience included 422,000 square feet of premium retail space, punctuated by new high-fashion, streetside boutiques for many of the world’s most prestigious retail brands, spectacular restaurants, open-air cafés, chic event and entertainment spaces, five-star customer amenities, as well as the most innovative new digital technologies. Opened in 3 Phases throughout 2017, construction work continued in 2018 with upgrades to support continued leasing efforts. -

This 51-story commercial building included 1.3M square feet. The project was constructed next to and over current MTA surface structure and subway tunnels. Key critical components of the project included: a post-tensioned concrete structure; drilling and placement of caissons in close proximity to MTA underground structures; and tight site logistics. -
Project ExecutiveGilbane Building Company Oct 2011 - Nov 2015Providence, Ri, UsServed as Project Executive on the $153M renovation of the former North General Hospital in East Harlem, NY. This 260,000 sqft building was transformed into a long-term acute care hospital, in connection with the relocation of the Coler Goldwater facility on Roosevelt Island. The construction of this project was fast-tracked and completed in 23 months, receiving patients in November 2013. Gilbane remained at the facility, post opening, performing additional upgrades for the Owner.
