Comissioned a new pallet repair service centre. Developed & implimented the necessary mangement systems. Involved in all operational management issues from cost control, safety , quality, HR & recruitment & supply chain of product & service to over 1000 customers• Leading the operational team to define the plant’s functional requirements by creating ‘User Requirement Specifications’ to drive plant design, commissioning and verification critical success factors• Introducing company management systems as well as developing and establishing local systems• Presenting and supporting business cases for capital investment in new plant and equipment• Liaising closely with all internal and external support functions to ensure products are processed to meet customer quality & delivery expectations• Preparing budgets and continual financial analysis and management to ensure successful delivery• Driving all recruitment, employee development & engagement programs to ensure the business has the evolving human capital to meet current & future needs

• On time delivery through managing 110 employees via six team leaders within production, tool room, maintenance, customer service & logistics• Managing the development of the Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental policy• Driving cost out of the operation by adopting methods such as SMED, Kanban and visual management tools as well as working with suppliers on End to End supply chain optimisation• Coaching team leaders to modify behaviours and business practices to streamline costs
