We have successfully delivered a wide range of repair and fabrication projects for high profile clients.I oversaw all aspects of the ship repair business including budget, planning, contract administration, HR, procurement and operations.

Leading a large team of Construction Managers to deliver a major offshore refit and repair package.Senior Construction Manager on 2014 Blackford Dolphin Semi-submersible Drilling Platform renewal survey major dry docking. Authorising Signatory for Offshore standard Permit to Work system. Managing over 1000 multi-discipline staff executing major work package including large tonnage steel repair, over 1200 metres of pipework, major ship side valve replacement and various improvement packages.Dry Docking for planned and emergency repairs of Jack Ups, FPSOs, Bulkers, RO-ROs, Ferries, Barges and Semi Submersible Units.Project Manager for UK Defence Project with full MoD Security Clearance (SC).

Day to day management of a major Marine Offshore Repair and Conversion facility. Managing large multi-discipline teams to complete high value intensive heavy marine engineering projects, within strict time and budget constraints.

Project Management in the construction industry including mechanical systems design, contract administration and budget control.Mechanical system trouble shooting, conception and execution of solution packages.My primary role with WYG Group was overseeing the £26m mechanical package of a new build highly serviced Critical Care Centre. This involved managing design change, ensuring contractor compliance with design, liaising with client and design team and validation of all commissioning on behalf of the client.
