Oversee the fiscal and operational success of several accounts in Texas and Louisiana. Gross sales exceed $25+ million annually. Revenue streams include daily retail cafe service, conference center catering, vending, coffee kiosks, and special event catering on and off-site. Develop and define unit goals. Communicate and trained a management staff of 20+ and 350+ employees to achieve individual and corporate goals. Manage operations to produce results that exceed client expectations in HES, OE, safety, service, food and profitability. Evaluate results and adjust accordingly. Other responsibilities include contract negotiations, vendor procurement, budgeting, management hiring, and design consultation for kitchen renovations.
