I am currently Deputy Branch Manager at Waitrose and Partners, High Wycombe. I have previously worked as a Deputy Branch Manager at various stores in the Home Counties - Staines upon Thames, Beaconsfield, Marlow, Wokingham, and Rickmansworth.I support and deputise for the Branch Manager to ensure that every customer that visits or interacts with the shop has a World Class service experience, through the creation of a seamless customer shopping journey. I have direct responsibility for the day to day branch operation, focusing on Customer and Partner experience, maximising sales opportunities, controlling waste, ensuring targets are met and profit maximised. I am responsible for ensuring legal compliance and creating a safe working environment for Customers, Partners and other visitors to the branch.I support and coach Partners at all levels to reach their full potential, also ensuring that they receive the training necessary to carry out their role to the highest standards.I support in setting strategy for the Branch putting in place plans to achieve financial goals such as sales, pay cost and waste.
