Working with a relatively new arrears department and loan portfolio. Since joining the organisation I have written and implemented a brand new procedural manual. This involves a breakdown of process and more importantly ensuring we have sufficient documented and clear controls to comply with FSC/FCA regulations

working as a team manager within the collections centre of excellence Directly responsible for 15 FTE focused on assisting customer through financial difficulty. We must react to an ever changing economic and regulatory environment to ensure that we meet the needs of our customers. To do this I am required to utilise my natural coaching & leadership skills to keep my team motivated and driven.
