- Oversee and Shift sustaining on all cleaning process related machines.- To meet company's Goal of achieving lower production cost & sustaining production cumulative yield at 98%. - Manage a group of technicians to sustain day to day outstanding cleanline process and equipment issues and problems. - On human development, my role is to develop and training people skill for a group of technicians. - Monitor, review and feedback all production indicators shiftly to ensure lines stability and reliability. - Act as 1st line defense and carry out a detail investigation for all yield, quality & equipment issues. This include compiling and analyze shiftly process and equipment update data and follow up the result.- Timely monitoring and triggering on cleanline issues. - Coordinate and buy off preventive maintenance and buy off machine conversion.- Audit and lines control to ensure that all cleaning procedure and hand book compliance accordingly. - Work hand in hand with Process and Equipment team for cleaning yield, PPH, quality troubleshooting and improvement activities.- Safety and wet floor control and monitoring. - Operational / Buddy training for all related areas.

Taking care of the polish production floor, in terms of productivity, utilization and yield. Taking charge of any technician's disciplinary issue and also planning for subordinate's career path. Deal with customer on any quality feedback and immediately investigate the problems, including finding out the solution of the problem as soon as possible to able to ensure our customer that there will not be any reoccurence of the same issue in future.

Projects done:1. Set up critical parameter for process recipe tolerance to improve equipment control.2. Perform repeatability and reproductivity test to determine optimized RF power range setting in PVD equipment.3. Evaluation study on performance of wafer.4.
