As a graduate with a degree in computer science, I'm very excited to start my career in IT. I've always been passionate about technology and the potential hardware and software problems that can arise. When a problem would arise, I would try to diagnose and troubleshoot it before researching and when I eventually solved it, I'd feel accomplished. I want to be able to apply my experience into the real world and help ensure great customer rapport within my employer. I am continually seeking to expand my knowledge in IT and customer service and excited to bring my skills to a role where I can make a positive impact on both clients and colleagues.With a strong foundation in IT support combined with my eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field, I want to be able to leverage my technical and software skills and contribute to a dynamic helpdesk team.
