    Conducted over 50 interviews and focus groups with a range of stakeholders across multiple projects.Examples of focus groups included discovering pain points of participants in interactions with health care professionals and ways to improve practice moving forward.Conducted focus groups and interviews over Zoom and have used interactive approaches such as Miroboards during these sessions to capture the views of participants.Used web analytics to discover traffic onto company social media websites, using this data to shapeadvertising to target specific demographics.Conducted surveys, diary studies, video and usage analysis and observational studies.Held co-creation workshops with industry leaders on a project examining the effects of gaming onwellbeing. Workshops included presentations to stakeholders, card sorting on Miro boards and thecreation of a case study video to highlight the needs of gamers with mental health difficulties. Outputs of this work was changing industry practices in how it dealt with its users and to improve usability for players such as including better health related messages such as advising players to take a break if they played for an extended time.Produced a report on mental health in elite athletes that involved focus groups to gather data. Reporthighlighted the needs of athletes and this information was used to change changing styles and approach to athlete mental health in multiple football and rugby clubs.Used surveys, focus groups, interviews and observational techniques in a project examining theexperiences of men becoming fathers. Information gathered was used to create case studies, reports andinfographics which highlighted the needs of men in dealing with healthcare professionals.Output from this work was the creation of a bespoke booklet for expectant and new fathers to bedistributed through NHS hospitals, the first of its kind in the UK.
