Created and developed a pathway for making a new post-functionalizable polymer using a phosphorous ylide monomer. I presented new chemistry via a PowerPoint presentation and poster session. Additionally, a scientific paper was written that will be referenced for future publications in the Journal of Organic Chemistry.
