Developed technical scope, qualification and selection of contractor’s, contract negotiations, coordination of design reviews, managing Owner supplied scope, change order evaluation, schedule and cost tracking, responding to requests for information and nonconformance resolution, management of on-site QA personnel, development of performance test procedures, and oversight of performance testing to ensure compliance with contract performance guarantees and environmental permits. • Management of AE, design-build, and construction subcontractors preparing design packages, approved for construction drawings and specs, and design change notices in accordance with ASME NQA-1 quality requirements and engineering codes and standards.
