• Mobilization & transition of individual contracts at ICD Brookfield Place. • Lead a team of FM operations & specialist contractors for 52 individual contracts such as Brookfield Private Capital, Ernst & Young, Latham & Watkins, Dubai Aerospace, JP Morgan Chase, Bank Of America, Apple & Deutsche bank• Management of DLP services on behalf of the client.• Developing, and structuring a team with regular supervising and appraising of their performance.• Reviewing condition survey reports furnished by the FM team, issuing them to the client, and ensuring corrective action is conducted by the DLP contractors within the DLP period.• Managing onsite budgets, inventory, and procurement for the project.• Conducting monthly performance reviews for subcontractors through clear and measurable SLAs ensuring optimal performance, and Implementing improvements if required.• Responsible for organizing inspections, furnishing variation proposals to clients, and ensuring completion within stipulated timeframes. • Furnish, develop, and agree on the CAFM process, asset register, PPM schedule, priorities, SLAs, and KPIs.• Schedule and lead client meetings with all direct reports in the finalization of PPM schedules, and task sheets to ensure they comply with industry best practices such as SFG20, NFPA, and O&M.• Being a pivotal part of the tendering process, the completion of contract tender documentation, and the development of the labor requirements against assets.
