• My duties are currently to aid the Office of Involvement staff in putting on their annual student awards show. My responsibilities are to revamp their selection process for determining awards winners. Also, I created the budget, creating the student awards power point, script, and created advertising for the awards.

• My duties as the Card Corps Intern, was to aid in creating the Card Corps program. The Card Corps program is a peer-mentoring program designed to create peer leadership consultants. During my tenure, I designed the selection process for vetting candidates including a weighted interview process, interview guides, creating KSAs, and creating a scoring rubric. Also, I was responsible for creating a training manual for the Card Corps team members. The training model was developed with Gagne’s Nine Events of Learning as its structural core to teach students the Addie model.

• My duties as a server were to provide quality customer care and service while adding to the creative and innovative environment at Mellow Mushroom. Daily, I took customers orders, rang in their food, delivered their food and catered to their needs. Also, I often closed the store amongst our other closing duties.Still pick up shifts occasionally.
