Quality Site Manager
CurrentResponsible for the Food Safety/Quality/HACCP System management along with the CQA team.Advance Quality and Food Safety Programs through the plant site following SQF Code.QA policy review/creation/approval responsibilities.Audits: SQF, Regulatory, and Customer Audits.Manage and maintain Corrective Actions for Quality/Food Safety/HACCP system.Raw Material Management, COA review & approval, and approve Finished Goods.Swabbing and EMP System Management.Manage HACCP Pre-Requisite Programs and Validation Schedule.Schedule contractors for certain tasks and oversee logs.QA/SQF Paperwork Review (Production, Sanitation, Maintenance, Lab Reports).Submit, track and record 3rd party lab testing/results (use LIMS database for samples).Create official Corrective Actions to support exceptions.
