- Division of Bowens- Resource to the A&D community to assist with specification and best practice/fit for purpose applications.- Bring new and exciting brands and products to market.- Create and maintain high quality client relationships.- Contribute to sales development directly or indirectly.

- Create and explore new opportunities in markets not commonly associated with Bowens.- Challenge traditional construction methods with new and innovative conccepts and products.- Develop and mentor prospective and current account managers.- Assist in future business plans and structures within new and current departments.- Support & create strategic marketing and customer service initiatives.

- Ensure needs of customers are met.- Performance of branch improves year on year.- Operations are industry best.- Act as a leader in business.- Ensure company training initiatives are promoted and supported.- Ensure branch OH&S standards are met.

- Ensure branch financial viability through effective management of sales to meet and exceed targets.- Mentor & develop internal and external team members.- Review sales mix and performance of Account Managers.- Lead internal sales team to ensure systems and processes are regularly reviewed to increase branch efficiency.- Continually aim to achieve and improve a safe & positive work place.- Liaise effectively with Major Accounts Division
