I have had a varied career giving me skills in all different areas. My ambition to succeed has always been with me and is the driving force in all I do. I am currently managing a challenging, high turnover store and achieving great results whilst supporting my area. I lead a Business support group to support other stores in achieving results. I am also a Development Coach mentoring and supporting succession within the North West area to develop from within. I am always looking for the next challenge. I am a self motivated individual with a proven track record in delivering results and sustaining thereafter.
