Currently based at Stoke City Football Club, managing the IT team and responsible for both day-to-day BAU, project management and service improvements of SCFC's IT systems at both the Stadium and remote sites. Took over Stoke City FC's IT from the outgoing third party provider during early 2010 and have helped bring the club's IT to levels of excellence that a Premier League club should expect. My work at the club has seen us move to dedicated, well equipped comms rooms and fresh CAT6 networks and infrastructure. 2013 brought with it some additional challenges including new Premier League rules regarding IT provision on match days for the press and media. We rose to this challenge and through my project management and the efforts of the engineers we delivered improved network and wireless capabilities for visiting press that are both secure and reliable - exceeding what was asked of us.

Provided the hardware/software aspect of the IT needs for Estate Agents based within Staffordshire, Coventry and Warwickshire (who OrangeVision provided websites for). Managed a small team but also operated as a Field Service Engineer installing new equipment, building and configuring small/medium sized networks. Installation and configuration of Exchange 2000 and Exchange 2003 mail systems. Provided on-site / telephone support to customers where required.

Field Service Engineer providing on-site support and installation of networks to Schools, Colleges and small businesses in Wolverhampton and surrounding areas of the West Midlands. Managed a team of 3 other field service engineers and 4 workshop (build) technicians. Specialised in installation and configuration of Windows 2000 domains, Exchange 2000, ISA 2000, Active Directory and wireless networks.
