Experienced in all parts of the business including creating a budget / P&L, Operations, Sales Management, Business Development, HR / Recruitment, managing Managers, Health & Safety, etc. I have a very good understanding of different types of online marketing and have a history of winning large scale logistical contracts and executing projects successfully.2009 - Created a business plan based on a bespoke and industry first online estimating and booking platform. The system, Ecologic, schedules all the daily orders, send the orders to PDA handsets for the road crews to view from and complete, and the system automatically communicates with clients all through the process. The bespoke online booking system, CRM and web application cost approximately £200,000 and was approved after a presentation to the Board. The system gives us a competitive advantage by allowing 24/7 bookings with accurate time estimates and is virtually admin free which assists with growth without employing several administrators.
