Areas of speciality where I can assist my clients are; Tender Estimation – Using industry accredited software and bespoke spreadsheets which ensure that the client receives a competitively priced tender return. Electrical Designs - Using the latest version of the Amtech design software, I can produce full electrical designs and calculations to BS 7671. Procurement – Working closely with vetted suppliers and manufacturers within the industry. Tender Analysis – Carrying out tender analysis and breaking down prices through evaluation. Value Engineering – Can value engineer a design for a cost-cutting exercise whilst maintaining quality and appearance.  Business Development – Continually researching, prospecting and qualifying leads before contacting clients to further develop a relationship on what we hope will be built on both trust and respect. Project Management – I have run projects varying from small works up to the value of £1M and they are all demanding in their own unique way.  Health & Safety – CHAS accredited.I always relish a challenge and enjoy working closely with clients and take great pleasure in handing over their project on completion.
