Involved in material co-ordination at the QGC supply base to ensure the accurate receipt and despatch of goods and is met to the clients requirements. Processing the material issue reports of various products for contractors to be delivered to site within particular timeframes.Monitoring allocations to ensure material availability is well in advance of installation requirements. Assists in the early identification of surplus or unneeded materials, also processing quarantine/return stock.Involved in a broad range of inventory management also including but not limited to transfers,splits,cycle counts,investigation.

Competent with the WMS Program including stock control, data entryand also investigation methods.Ensuring all stock despatched is DIFOT, domestic and international. Previous experience with the Merchant system including producing daily reports.Very thorough investigation skills in relation to service failures and receivable issues.Liaising with branches via email and phone on a daily basisRegular stock checks and updates to branches including stock arrivals.Ensuring all staff follow picking and receival procedures to minimiseand potentially eradicate any future mistakes and or issues that may arise.Processing damaged stockWorking within timelines in relation to branches placing emergencyorders therefore reaching our KPI.Development and implementing safety proceduresContinually managing data entry for inventory control and quality assurance Board member of the on-site Safety Committee and current first aid officer.
