• Dealing with cases from enquiry stage, through DIP, gathering and inspecting documents for full application and submission, speaking to underwriters at various lenders to settled outstanding requirements through to.
• Managing first charge team as well to make sure all team members are within time scales and dealing with broker queries

• Processing mortgage applications with a majority of mainstream lenders as well as more specialist lenders needed for more complicated cases i.e. adverse, self employed and unique properties.
• Processing secured loan and commercial applications and learning the criteria needed for these lenders
