Working as a mechanical fitter for Trace JV (Ventia) at the INPEX LNG onshore gas facility. • Member of the Campaign crew carrying out shutdown of modules and plant, both static and rotating. • Installation of blinds, spades, pipework and valves using correct flange management. • Inspection and reporting of flange faces, if required getting them machined • Torque of all bolts using either manual, hydraulic or tensioning methods • Develop risk assessments, permits, job packs and other daily admin tasks using Engica and SAP. • Understanding of P&ID and isometric drawings to correctly identify within the plant. • Inpex ISSOW 3 – The ability to self-isolate live plant allowing for maintenance to be carried out. • Great understanding in the process of producing LNG, LPG and Condensate. • An appointed HSR representee on behalf of the HSE • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by being attentive and responsive to all INPEX rules, procedure and polices.

My role as a fitter involved working FIFO staying remotely on site. The operation mined for Lead and Zinc. • Repair and replacement of plant including primary and secondary crushers, screens, motors, gearboxes, conveyors and other critical equipment. Regular maintenance to Isa, Ball and Sag Mills. • Inspection and rebuilding of Warman, Metso Outotec and Flowrox pumps and valves. • Carry out PMs across the plant from greasing to adjustments. making recommendations or carrying out the repair if necessary. • Ensuring all work carried out is in a safe and efficient manner and to the standard Glencore expect. • Use a wide range of tools and equipment like chain blocks and power tools.• Following procedures including isolations and locking on to permits. • Participate in the onsite ERT, been on call throughout my roster.

My role was in the control room as an operator / maintainer based at the 120MW Parkeston Power Station in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. • The smooth, efficient and safe operation of the Parkeston Power Station and five remotely operated Power Stations based at Mt Keith, Leinster, Kalgoorlie Nickle Smelter and the Kambalda Concentrator.• Operate all 8 GE LM6000 40MW PA Gas Turbines, GE 25MW TM2500, 6 Wartzilla and 5 Sulzer diesel engines.• Monitor the performance, lubrication, cooling and air systems and carry out fault diagnostics and repairs.• Work closely with all of customers including Newmont, Barrick Gold, KCGM, BHP and Goldfields. ensuring they have the sufficient power requirements to run their process plants and mills.• Monitor and carry out remote switching of 132, 66, 33 and 11kv distribution systems, transformers and other high voltage equipment.• Conduct daily PM’s, plant rounds and log the data using tablets.• Comply with the AEMO for all Power Station energy dispatch requirements to/ from Perth via the 220kv transmission line between Perth to Kalgoorlie,• Use of the Citect SCADA control system and tools like Office, SAP and Synergi for all reporting and log keeping.• Ability to understand trends, logic and electrical P&ID drawings to assist with fault finding and reporting.• Consistently adheres to all TranAlta’s and BHP workplace OH&S, policies and procedures.• Assist with training and supervision of new staff and operators.
