Worked intimately with an R&D team of 10 on the development of advanced materials along with the production team for the new factory. Managed the business through organizational changes from Sherritt Inc. to Westaim Inc. to Umicore (based in Belgium).

Managed legacy software, developed new software, and played a leadership role on the development and rollout of new software solutions for the industrial chemicals operations.
