As Corporate Lead Detailer* Detail large high profile projects and non-standard projects.* Helped train other detailers at all locations via phone, remote access to computers and in person.* Check other detailers work before being sent to customer and shop.* Educate and assist new and existing project managers on product lines, there uses, and any other question they may have.* Answer questions from existing customers and potential customers on uses and design for the product lines, and help them order the correct items through sales. Also, advised on support and attachment requirements.* CNC nesting for multiple shop locations using custom designed software to transcode the date from AutoCAD drawings to CNC software, creating and adjusting nest to best utilize material and reduce scrap, and releasing final nesting to the plant for fabrication.* Process final release paperwork for local shop.* Assisted in the design and implantation of custom AutoCAD lisp and Excel applications, to make detailing more accurate, and more efficient use of time.* Assisted in the design and implantation of custom CNC software* Handle all AutoCAD licensing including, installation, tracking of licenses, renewing service agreement on the software.* Meet and greet customers at local plant, provide tours and help address any questions or concerns they might have on the product line.As Project Manager* Be primary point of contact for customers once a project is sold.* Process customer design changes via change orders.* Address any customer issues during the detailing process, during fabrication, and after the product has been delivered.* Maintain working schedule on projects, and prioritize projects as needed.* Report on status of project to other project managers and upper management.
