As a 16 year professional working in the youth development field my main goal is to always be for the kids. Children are the future as cheesy at it may sound. Investing in our youth closing the skill gap and setting them up for success if vital. Each child that we serve, each path that we set them on is the key to their success. I was never a child of after-school programming and always wished that I was provided opportunities for growth.
