Heartland Payment Systems, Inc., the fifth largest payments processor in the United States, delivers credit/debit/prepaid card processing, mobile commerce, e-commerce, marketing solutions, security technology, payroll solutions, and related business solutions and services to more than 300,000 business and educational locations nationwide. As a relationship manager I was responsible for sourcing customers with cold calls, social media messages. I determined the pricing that was best for the client while also educating them about the industry. I would also install the terminals for clients. On occasion this meant pulling Ethernet cables and wiring them for the client as well.

Predisys Inc. sells software to enable manufacturing visibility of product quality inspection and process control data using leading edge data collection, SPC and Quality Data Analytics capabilities in a Microsoft-based web environment. ProHealth Care is a community-based health care system that offers a full range of services, from fitness and wellness services to primary care and specialty care, hospital care, rehabilitation care, home and hospice care. In my Website Engineer/User Specialist role I maintained corporate intranets for staff and physicians using content management tools. In this effort I used SharePoint as a new platform for the delivery of Policies and Procedures as well as corporate intranets. All content was maintained using out of the box functionality using SharePoint Designer.
