Analyse farm based business financial information to write credit submissions for bank clients and prospects.

Assisted farming families with Succession Planning through sharing experiences and facilitating family meetings to allow discussion of the more difficult topics.

Made credit decisions on rural and agribusiness finance submissions from all states of Australia within an individual lending delegation or supporting to higher authority as required.Managed the daily excess report and provided relief to the Staff Loans Manager on several occasions.Was Credit representative on the development and testing of new Client Maintenance System which involved training of Credit Approvals and Securities staff in Australia and New Zealand.

Initially responsible for client management in the Upper North and Eyre Peninsula regions of South Australia until the opening of branches at Clare and Port Lincoln. Then managed a portfolio of clients under financial pressure. During this period also spent time on side projects with instigation of a Young Farmers Seminar program, new employee training program, development and testing of new internal systems with a mentoring role in roll out and was a signatory with oversight on larger submissions that needed credit decision.
