I started at Barwon Health as a Covid Marshall & Admin under the Public Health Unit (PHU) portfolio at the Ford Vaccination Hub in 2021 & progressed to Administration Relief in the Casual Bank under the Central Resource Unit (CRU) portfolio . Since then, I have worked as a ward clerk, and in reception in Hospital in the Home, Gretta Volum Centre & Youang Surgery Centre. Using programs such as Ipms, Bossnet, PJB, CIRV, Proda (AIR), CGOV.

Working with HEAL as a simulated patient gives me an opportunity to express myself in way that I enjoy, acting out in various emotions and situations for medical staff & students of varying fields. In these roles I have worked at Swinburne University, Australian Catholic University, Victorian University, St Vincents Hospital & for the Austalian College of Emergency Medicine to name a few.

During this time I worked at all major events at Simonds Stadium, Geelong (AFL games, A League Soccer games) in managerial & administrative positions. I was also employed to run the operations & admin of the day to day running of the Victorian office of ESM Security.Duties Included.To work with and report to Victorian Manager. Quoting /Job Costings. Prepare all payroll summary sheets to be sent to administrations manager & forwarded by COB every Tuesday. Tracking of all upcoming work and communicating all requirements to Vic manager. Filling of rosters / ensuring appropriate staff for relevant jobs and positions. Stock take / track all uniforms, ensure all deduction forms have been completed and sent to admin manager for deduction. Ensure all new staff applicants have correctly completed staff application pack and forward to admin manager to be processed. Manage staff and the delivery of services and customer service to the highest possible standards. Over seeing the delivery of services to clients, including the quality of staff and contractors utilised in delivering these services. Development of relevant position descriptions. Delivery of staff inductions and or briefings. Manage event compliancy, cc registers, incident reports, radios issue, uniforms etc. Ensure all staff have completed any deduction forms and that all forms have been forwarded to the admin manager to process prior to the next pay cycle. Attend any required client meetings deemed necessary by Vic manager. Manage reports and reporting process for key staff at all events to ensure information is captured in the final event reports. Keeping all reports filed for future accessibility. Management of all supervisors, key staff or team leaders and general staff to ensure all staff are adequately trained in the events requirements while representing ESM in the highest of standards. To work with all management to create a team environment, that is harmonies and productive.
