With more than 25 years working in the IT industry in various roles and sectors including Global Financial Services. A technology manager with a broad range of experience across many IT Service Management tools and processes, with a proven track record on delivery. I am experienced in managing and building teams to engineer solutions to meet customer requirements in challenging and diverse environments.In my current role I manage an engineering team at Deutsche Bank responsible for Availability, Capacity, and Discovery Management using products such as –Nimsoft, Geneos, KDB, ADDM and CA Inventory Manager. Key responsibilities include – • Project, People & Resource Management• Solution Design• Vendor Management• Customer Communication and relationship managementIn addition to this I am also acting President of the UK Nimsoft User Group hosted by CA Technologies, actively participating in the bi-yearly events presenting on user success stories, challenges and correlating feedback to CA from the user community. This has proved to be very successful to date bringing likeminded customers together to share experiences and industry trends.
