I am Company Director for STRIDE Property Services and its subsidiaries, STRIDE Property Presentation, STRIDE Waste Management and STRIDE Skip Bin and Temp Fence Hire. STRIDE Group specializes in property repairs and presentation for sale of mortgagees as well as deceased estates and hazardous filth clean up.Our aim is to simplify the process of getting works completed by various/non connected tradespeople by offering a seamless ‘work-order to invoice’ option for our clients.As well as a multitude of skilled/registered tradespeople and a large labour force, we also offer to our clients a fully managed office with a number of trained, friendly staff waiting to assist you.Every team member uses up to the minute technology in order to stay ahead and keep us moving as efficiently as possible.As Company Director, I am responsible for ensuring that the businesses grow from strength to strength, both in revenue and reputation whilst we endeavor to deliver service excellence with the open mindedness that there is always room for continuous improvement.Our Head Office and depot is located among the fastest growing sites for residential planning and development in Western Australia.The Australian Bureau of Statistics shows that combined with Local Government planning, the Rockingham and Mandurah areas are set to explode over the next decade with growth of residential suburbs to hit record figures.The environment around us is changing rapidly and quite literally so we need to forge ahead with our goal for a greener environment and mankind in general:In an ever growing culture of excessive consumption and ‘throw away’ attitudes, we hope to demonstrate what we can do for the environment by managing the disposal element of our business in an ethical and environmentally friendly way.
